A washable, linen liner for cane and dishwashable bannetons, brotform and proving baskets, perfect for strongly flavoured doughs or to keep the banneton free of flour build-up. The liners come in various sizes and are washable up to 50°C.

- Rub loaf and liner liberally with a non-wheat flour (rye, maize or rice work well) to avoid sticking. Please note the liners are a 'one-size-fits-all' type. They will fit on all of our bannetons (except the XLarge Round, 'baguette' & wicker style). Please make sure that your banneton is of the same dimension as ours prior to purchase to avoid it not fitting.
