Grignettes  & Dough Knives

 

The perfect tool for slashing the proven dough just before it goes into the oven. Unlike standard kitchen knives, the grignette creates virtually no drag or tear.

 

All of our grignettes are made by the world-renowned blade manufacturers Mure & Peyrot.

 

Each grignette comes with a safety cover and the blades can be replaced with standard razor blades (except for the Campinox and Fassonette range).
