Most courses are a full day of interactive, hands-on bread baking where experienced baker Felix Mendelsöhn will guide you step-by-step through the process of making a variety of loaves.

Whether you want to learn the basics, make fancy sharing breads or get to know the ins and outs of sourdough, there is a course suitable for you.

It is a fun day out and all workshops include lunch and refreshments and plenty of bread and recipes to take home.
