Like our oval bannetons, these longer bannetons are ideal for creating baguette shaped loaves. They will leave a beautiful pattern of flour on your loaf's crust to give it that artisan look. Use this banneton to support the dough during its final proving stage. When the dough is ready for baking, just tip it out of the basket on to a baking tray or peel.
