UK Addresses

All orders below a combined weight of 2kg are delivered by Royal Mail Second Class as standard. Orders above the 2kg weight will be sent by courier

We try our best to keep delivery charges fair and low. Therefore Delivery is charged by the total weight of the order according to the following categories:

• Up to 90g - £1.49

• Up to 120g - £2.49

• Up to 1kg - £2.99

• Up to 2kg - £4.00

• Up to 3kg - £15.00 (Courier service e.g. Parceforce)

• Up to 4kg - £20.00 (Courier service)

• Up to 5kg - £22.00 (Courier service)

 

Example:

A typical banneton weighs about 200g, therefore an average order of 2 bannetons, baker's linen, sourdough and scraper will weigh around 600g and cost £2.99 in postage.

Upgraded Services

Urgent and Timed services: If you require a next day or urgent delivery service, please get in touch with us so that we can adjust your delivery cost accordingly. 

Tracked Services: Our couriers can give you delivery schedules and progress notification by SMS if you provide your mobile number in the checkout.

 

Overseas Addresses

All packages are sent by Royal Mail International Airmail. Our charges are calculated in the checkout, when you choose your country, the charge is based on the weight of the package and closely reflects the actual charges that we incur.

Royal Mail Airmail aims to deliver in 3-5 working days. 

Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number for all overseas orders as this is a requirement for our delivery companies.
